DreamCatchers is now hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts!
What Our BCBAs Do:
As part of the position, the BCBA may:
- Provide case supervision and case management for ABA therapy programs for children and teens with Autism
- Provide parent training on the principles of ABA and behavior analysis
- Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs)
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments/analyses
- Conduct assessments, e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, PDDBI, Vineland-3
- Develop individualized treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions) and monitor client progress towards goals
- Prepare written progress reports and treatment plans
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism in the clinic, home, and school settings
- Ensure compliance with insurance requirements for session notes and data, treatment plans, case supervision, RBT requirements, etc.
Requirements:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Must be licensed with the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board
- Must be able to pass a Criminal History Background Check
- Must have excellent writing and communication skills
- Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Must be able to work well as part of a team

Compensation: $50.00 per hour
