About the Role:
DreamCatchers LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Denham Springs, LA. In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by delivering evidence-based behavioral support and intervention. Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect accurate behavioral data and document session progress in a timely manner
- Provide direct 1:1 therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
- Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with supervisors, families, and care teams to support client goals
- Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for clients during sessions
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges preferred
- RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and positive demeanor
- Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and take direction from supervising BCBAs
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations in and around Denham Springs, LA
- Must pass a background check and meet any applicable state requirements

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
